Join us for the first Memory Cafe at Full Circle Commons: Songs & Connection

Memory Cafe is a welcoming social gathering for older adults experiencing memory changes and their caregivers

— a space for connection, creativity, conversation, and community in a warm and supportive environment.

Our first session will focus on music, singing, rhythm, and shared joy through familiar songs and gentle participator activities led by musician Leslie Abdallah. Guests are invited to sing along, enjoy simple instruments and movement scarves, and connect through the power of music and memory. No musical experience needed.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided, along with plenty of time for relaxed social connection throughout the afternoon.

This gathering is part of a new 3-session Memory Cafe series at Full Circle Commons, with future sessions exploring simple creative and art-based activities designed to foster expression, engagement, and togetherness in an accessible, low-pressure setting.

At Full Circle Commons, part of our mission is to create enriching, community-centered experiences for every demographic in our community. We are honored to begin offering intentional space and programming for elderly community members and the caregivers who support them.
