This class is designed for experienced practitioners looking to deepen core awareness and refine and strengthen their practice. Expect a dynamic, fluid flow that moves with intention and continuity, woven with creative sequencing and opportunities to explore more advanced postures. This is a steady, non-stop practice that emphasizes strength, stamina, balance, and control through sustained holds and mindful transitions. Best suited for students with a consistent yoga practice who feel comfortable being challenged and expanding their edge.
