This accessible presentation is for those who want to learn about the impact of the midlife transition on overall well-being and sexuality, and to build a plan for facilitating a vibrant and healthy life after menopause is achieved. The event will explore facts and current research to dispel myths about hormone therapy. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and join the discussion.

Susanrachel “Birdie” Condon has been a midwife in full-scope clinical practice since 1998 and a health and sexuality educator since 1996, teaching individuals across the lifespan. Through her Midlife Midwife practice, she specializes in education and health care for the menopause transition and beyond. She is currently the interim program director and a clinical assistant professor at the SUNY Downstate Midwifery Education graduate program in Brooklyn.
