Move and Melt - Sponsored by Lumina Movement

Otherwise known as a VinYin-style practice, this 60-minute class is designed to warm the body from the inside out while creating balance between strength and release. The class begins with an energizing vinyasa flow to build heat, increase circulation, and awaken the body, followed by a grounding yin-inspired cool down with longer-held postures to encourage deep release and restoration. Rooted in the principles of both Hatha and Yin yoga, this practice invites you to explore creative, nontraditional postures while improving flexibility, building strength, releasing tension, and expanding mindfulness. Expect to leave feeling both energized and deeply restored.
