Strong Flow Vinyasa is an energizing, athletic-style yoga class designed to build strength, stamina, balance, and focus through continuous movement and breath connection. Expect a dynamic flow of creative sequencing, powerful standing postures, core work, and challenging transitions that will elevate your heart rate and deepen your practice. This 60-minute class encourages you to move with intention, explore your edge, and leave feeling empowered, grounded, and refreshed. Best suited for students with some prior yoga experience or those looking for a more physically demanding practice.
