Rochelle Kelvin of Gardiner Bakehouse will begin the evening with a brief introduction to the history and importance of CSAs in supporting small-scale, sustainable farming, followed by short presentations from four local CSA farmers representing Phillies Bridge Farm Project, Taliaferro Farm, Huguenot Street Farm CSA and Alchemy Farmhouse.
