Chili’s On Us - A Community Dinner

Gifts & Good Neighbors: A Full Moon Farm and Full Circle Commons sponsored Chili dinner

On the precipice of Spring’s re-emergence, together, let’s all share a delicious meal from the same pot. The Chili dinner is offered by Full Moon Farm and Full Circle Commons as a gift to our community. We will have a very short discussion with Paul Colucci and have plenty of time to commune with our neighbors, share stories of the winter and dreams of the seeds we are sowing for the coming seasons. This event is family-friendly, and open to all our neighbors. The chili is a gift from Full Moon Farm. Benton will do the cooking and Gardiner Bakehouse will offer some cornbread. In addition to enjoying the chili, we will be making loads of extra food to jar-up and share in the coming days with members of our surrounding community who might be hungry and appreciate a hot meal.

As Nora Bateson said, “There can be no community without communing”.

When: Thursday, March 19th | 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Where: The Trailside Lounge (the cafe space adjacent the Gardiner Bakehouse) at Full Circle |297 Bruynswick Rd. Gardiner, NY 12525

Full Moon Farm in Gardiner, NY is a family-run local farm in the Hudson Valley known for its commitment to sustainable, pasture-raised agriculture. Established in 2000, it has grown from a small backyard project into a cooperative farming venture that restores and nurtures farmland while producing high-quality, humanely raised meats and farm products. The farm specializes in grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised pork, lamb, chicken, and fresh eggs, all available from their self-serve farm store open 24/7. Their approach focuses on animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and flavorful, nutritious food sourced directly from the land.
