DJ Shaman Vybez

a New York-based DJ, producer, and photographer celebrated for his eclectic, high-energy sets that blend cultures, rhythms, and generations of music. Originally from New York City and now a fixture in the Hudson Valley music scene for more than 17 years, he has built a reputation for creating immersive experiences through a signature mix of Latin, Afrobeat, House, Funk, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Miami Bass, Tropical Bass, Baile Funk, and Moombahton.

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant sounds and cultural diversity of 1970s Spanish Harlem, Shaman Vybez curates what he describes as a "vibrational blend"—music designed to connect people, elevate energy, and bring communities together on the dance floor.

Over the course of his career, he has performed at notable venues including Cielo NYC, Miami's WMC, Club Sutra, Funkbox NYC, Colony Woodstock, and The Bearsville Theatre while maintaining a six-year residency at BSP in Kingston NY. In the Hudson Valley, he is a familiar presence at venues such as The Lemon Squeeze, his favourite dive bar Snugs, and Assembly Kingston, as well as community events including HUDSY's "Beyond the Screen", The Mashup, and the Chronogram.

Shaman Vybez has also been featured on "Diggin in the Crates Radio" with Bill Skillz and has shared stages with respected artists including Tony Touch, Oscar P, Kenny Summit, Master Kev, Duce Martinez, Bobby Morales, Manny Queen, Hector Romero, and Eli Goldstein (Soul Clap), among many others.

Today, Shaman Vybez continues to perform throughout New York while sharing mixes, photography, and creative projects across Mixcloud, Instagram, and Facebook, bringing his unique musical vision to audiences both online and in person.
