Pioneering composer/drummer, Tony Verderosa has launched a new project called VERIDIOM.

The DUO features Polyrhythmic, Multi-Textural, Improvised Electronic Music with Cinematic Sound Design, informed by a passion for Film Scoring and Jazz. VERIDIOM explores genres like Trip-Hop, Ambient, Drum and Bass, Downtempo, Breakbeat, Glitch and more. VERIDIOM features Tony Verderosa on drums, keyboards, modular synths, percussion, fx pedals, and multi-pad sampling devices along with Peyton Pleninger on sax, fx pedals & bass flute.

TONY VERDEROSA has collaborated and recorded with a diverse list of artists in the jazz, pop and classical music world, such as Kishi Bashi, Dream Theater's John Petrucci, Donny McCaslin, ColdCut, The Royal Philharmonic, Michael Brecker, Katy Perry, Joe Perry (Aerosmith) and Angelique Kidjo. Tony V. was hired as the music director, arranger, and drummer for the MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall working with top artists including Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Jay-Z and many others. Tony Verderosa is sponsored as a recording artist by Yamaha, Steinberg Cubase Software, Innovative Percussion and Sabian Cymbals. He resides in NY where he is scoring music for Film/Television and working as a Music Supervisor on films featuring Michael Shannon and Kate Hudson.
