Vinyasa Yoga With Lisa

This is an open-level Vinyasa Yoga class—thoughtfully sequenced,
creatively themed, and rooted in intention.

In Vinyasa Yoga, movement is linked with breath in flowing, dynamic
sequences that build heat, strength, flexibility, and focus. This
class is ideal if you’re comfortable with the basics of yoga and want
to go a bit deeper, but also open to anyone looking to move

We’ll explore foundational poses and transitions, sometimes some
challenging shapes like arm balances and backbends, breath awareness,
alignment, and body intelligence, and sequences that are purposeful,
balanced, and never random. You'll be encouraged to listen to your
body and move with mindfulness. Whether you’re rebuilding your
practice, or simply ready for a smart, strengthening flow—you’ll leave
feeling grounded, clear, and energized.

WHEN: Beginning September 2nd, Tuesdays 9:00-10:00am

WHERE: The Living Room @Full Circle; 297 Bruynswick Rd. Gardiner, NY 12525
