About Stacey Lynn Avidane

An Integrative Wellness Therapist with over twenty years of spiritual training, has devoted her life to guiding others back to the intelligence of their heart. Through a tapestry of yoga, meditation, Pranic Healing, Ayurveda, & holistic beauty practices, she creates spaces where her clients can soften, realign, & remember their own inner radiance.

Stacey is the founder of S.H.I.N.E. Wellness, a signature program she created after working closely with children at Sunrise Day Camp who were bravely coping with cancer. Witnessing their strength ignited her commitmentto craft a healing space that blends mindfulness, movement & creative expressionto help young hearts shine through adversity. Stacey implemented this program at schools, hospitals, wellness centers,  corporate offices , and movie sets!

In 2021, Stacey survived a sudden cardiac arrest—an experience that reshaped her understanding of healing and deepened her reverence for the heart’s resilience. With renewed clarity, she returned to the East Coast and now shares her work in the Hudson Valley, offering classes and sessions that are supportive, nourishing, grounding, and transformative.

Stacey’s work is an invitation: to slow down, harmonize the nervous system, and reconnect with a steadier, brighter way of being. Her teachings create a space where people can breathe deeply, feel supported, and rediscover their own inner light.
