Join us each Tuesday morning for a warm, welcoming, and accessible Vinyasa yoga class with Caitlin Welles. This all-levels offering is designed to meet you just as you are—whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking for a grounding midweek reset.

Expect breath-focused movement, options for varying abilities, and a supportive environment that encourages connection and self-care. This class is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis to make yoga more available to all members of our community. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Bring a mat if you have one—extras are available if needed.

Come move, breathe, and be in community.

HOW: Pay what you can.

You may pay at the time of class with exact cash or a credit card or apple pay.

Cait Fields, C-IAYT

Cait Fields is a Certified Yoga Therapist specializing in mental health and deep relaxation, merging mind-body techniques for holistic well-being. Practicing yoga and mindfulness since 2007, Cait began her journey into teaching yoga in 2019. With over 1000 hours of formal training, Cait brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Cait is dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, using ancient wisdom and modern practices to guide clients toward healing and self-discovery.
