Connecting Creativity with Presence
Paula Kucera and Trish Benevento will present 5 Workshops on different Art Techniques while teaching you how to reconnect with your inner creative process, reducing self-criticism, and fostering a more mindful, joyful approach to art making.
What: We will learn and practice foraging while exploring the topic of non-attachment.

Trish Benevento
A retired School Administrator, Trish Benevento spent her first career as a teacher, coach and Athletic Director. Retirement paved the way in a new direction studying mindfulness and meditation. Taking courses in Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction and learning the importance of being present, Trish began her mindfulness work in athletics helping individuals and teams work to reach their full potential. Pairing education, mindfulness and creativity has brought her lif s work Full Circle.
Paula Kucera
Paula Kucera has a BFA from SUNY Purchase in painting. Post college she moved to NYC and founded a decorative arts company serving the interior design world. The company specialized in murals and was active for 20 years. In 2009 she made a career pivot and opened White Barn Farm Sheep and Wool in Gardiner, NY. WBF is a fiber farm specializing in unique hand dyed yarn and education. Up until the pandemic Paula had a shop in the barn where she sold yarn and offered all manner of fiber related classes. The farm continues and yarn is still available at a roadside stand. Paula can be found most days in the studio pursuing her painting practice.
